1. Shipping Method

  • We offer free standard shipping wordwide for all items
  • Express Shipping is availble with extra fee!

2. Shipping time

  • Depending on where you are, the shipping time will vary. It normally takes from 10-15 days to deliver your drawing!
  • Express shipping will take around 1 week to arrive.

3. Processing item

  • We start the drawing as soon as we get your order and contact you for review and approval of the work.
  • It takes us 1 week to complete your drawing

4. Packaging method

  • “Roll” method: it will be rolled and package safely in a tube.
  • “Frame” method: it will be framed before getting shipped to you. This method will cost you extra.

5. Delivery partner

  • We use trustworthy shipping company that ensure the safety of your art. 
  • Delivery companies: USPS, Royal mail, Australia Post, UPS, DHL.

6. Damaged & Lost Items

  • In case the item is lost/damaged due to the shipping company. You have the right show us proofs and request a 100% money back or a replaced item .
  • We do not take responsiblity if you intentionally damage the items and request a chargeback.
